I finally ordered new business cards from Moo Cards! It’s been on my to do list for a long time. These days having cards is beyond business. They are a must for all kinds of social and networking opportunities. I love Moo because you can easily and inexpensively create very personal cards. My favorite feature is that you can customize them with your own images. Here are some of the pictures I’m having put on the back of my Moos:

Ordering cards is very simple but there are a couple things to keep in mind. Moo cards are about half the size of regular business cards so when you choose the images for the back of your card remember they’ll be cropped quite a bit. What’s nice is you can gather your photo’s from all kinds of online photo sharing sites like flickr, facebook and photolog. There are great templates for the information on the front and it’s surprising how much you can get on them. I actually think less is more and for that reason the size of the card is perfect. There is enough room for your basic contact information and social network sites but if you decide against putting a physical address on your card, like I did, the finished card doesn’t look empty. There are other paper products you can get from Moo, including traditional sized business cards, stickers and postcards. Moo is a London based company and although the cards come from across the pond, it took just about a week for them to arrive. To make this all a little sweeter Moo uses sustainable and recyclable materials. Love it.
