My internet service provider hates me (I think) on 12seconds.tv

1) Trying to deal with customer support for the basics to operate… like internet. This is me after more than an hour wait and 6 different people’s help.

    Although I've been with ATT for about 5 years with almost no problems, but am switching to Comcast cause their cheaper.
  • Is that right? You're the first person to say Comcast is cheaper! A few people had other recommendations too.. I'll go through my note, there are some in the comments to the blog post too.,

  • Yes, sounds like you need to change providers. Although, it's always frustrating to deal with those issues I think. You just want it to work so you can get on with things. Being on hold for 30 mins is standard with the provider I use when there's a problem : /
  • You do not look happy. Switch to Verizon;)
  • Rob! Not happy is right. 1hr plus on the phone and the solution they had for me was go buy an new modem. I was frustrated and they got frustrated with me being frustrated... vicious circle.

  • TwoWire second level of support doesn't want to help me. Customer TwoWire says I need to buy a new modem.

  • You better not Missy! hugz! but watch out for those bundles. comcast is tricky. Steady service but they screw people like everyone else does! =o)
  • Just got off the phone. They didn't fix my problem! The 2wire technician told me to go buy a new modem. I really don't think that's the solution. Nooo attempt to keep my account / business.
