Yes, sounds like you need to change providers. Although, it's always frustrating to deal with those issues I think. You just want it to work so you can get on with things. Being on hold for 30 mins is standard with the provider I use when there's a problem : /

Rob! Not happy is right. 1hr plus on the phone and the solution they had for me was go buy an new modem. I was frustrated and they got frustrated with me being frustrated… vicious circle.

Just got off the phone. They didn't fix my problem! The 2wire technician told me to go buy a new modem. I really don't think that's the solution. Nooo attempt to keep my account / business.
